I can only speak of the cupcacks: super tasty. However, it is the topping that makes the taste - but I can nibble on what feels like mountains. The hot chocolate is okay, could (purely for me) stronger. Overall, a really cute shop and nice staff. I'll be back (even if it's price limit).

I ordered a birthday cake for my son. The cake is beautifully made (as in picture). Taste is nice also not overly sweet. The staffs and the owner are nice and friendly.

If it were possible I would give more stars. We had our wedding cake in October as a mixture of cake and cupcakes from here and both we and the guests loved it. It was very tasty and optically just as we had imagined. We needed a gluten-free cake and great suggestions were made during the planning phase and our wishes and ideas were always included. So thank you for the good communication. We found the price-performance ratio really fair, because the price is often added at weddings. Otherwise I can say that the cinnamon buns are excellent too.

Love that atleast this little cupcake store is there in Freiburg. Although it's a small store, the cupcake variety is commendable. Their red velvet cuppies are delicious and the new flavour they added yesterday 'winter apple' was amazing too. Another yummy one is their lemon cupcakes with a delicious and tangy lemon custard filling ?

Got some ice cream here because everything looked so good as we were walking by. Their peanut butter flavour is by far one of the best ice creams I've had in my life. Very generous scoops as well!

It has damn good coffee there and I just can't get enough of the lemon cupcake :)

Are there better cupcakes anywhere in Freiburg? I do not think so. In Homemade sweets you will find great creations, unusual combinations and most importantly, it tastes just super delicious! ? The coffee is also highly recommended. Very nice service and nice ambience

Very tasty, great-looking cupcakes, cakepops, cinnamon buns and much more. Staff friendly, prices okay. A star deduction only for the far too few seats, so that you don't always get a seat.

The Homemade Sweets Company is always worth a visit! Here everyone will find something nice to sweeten the day. Everything is delicious, the staff are very friendly and courteous and the quality of the products speaks for itself!

The Homemade Sweets is really THE address for an afternoon snack of the fine and sweet kind in Freiburg! The cupcakes are delicious, here you can tell that they are made by a masterful hand! The store itself is cozy and cozy and the whole team is awfully nice! In addition to the on-site catering, cakes can also be made according to individual ideas. A friend of the circle of acquaintances, who had taken advantage of this achievement, told me about the owner's cordial and passionate way of doing things and was absolutely thrilled with the result. I, for my part, take every opportunity to get my hands on one of the delicious lemon cupcakes ... and you should do the same! :)

The cupcakes are unfortunately very overpriced. The cinnamon roll, I have "indulged" the cinnamon taste was ok, could be more. The dough tasted good with yeast but was quite dry and could be sweeter and softer. The glaze has given a nice kick, but would have to be 3 times as much to have a real impact on the roll. I would not pick myself again.

For a coffee break to recommend. Cupcakes was very fine as was the coffee. Unfortunately a little tight for a large group not suitable. But has a very nice charm

We ordered cupcakes for our wedding. These were the absolute eye-catcher and tasted fantastic! Really recommended. Super dear boss, who has taken the order itself.

The icing on the cupcakes is as good as it looks. The coffee isn't the strongest, milk a bit cold. I would, however, go back for a cupcake even if they are more like fancy muffins.

A must try in Germany!

At 2 euros the espresso is ridiculously expensive (and not good), and the chocolate lava cake is not interesting, but it deserves 4 stars for the amazing cupcakes! Lot of flavours all better than the others! The price of 3 euros is allright. And the staff is nice.

Best cupcakes! So many varieties of cupcakes :) Peanut, oreo, strawberry and other. The ingredients are used very generously. The cream is very tasty. Aesthetically great. The staff is very friendly. You should be lucky to find a place to sit there. Ice-cream and other things are good too.
